#2 Hezbollah Money - Contact with Israel

flagisraelsm.gif Good News to report. I sent out emails yesterday and last night to some Israeli bloggers and have already heard back from one. Most agreeable with a promise to put something together to day to spread the word that we need one of those crisp $100 bills.  I suggested, if possible, a 'chain of evidence' record so we know where it came from and whose hands it passes through.

I think some of the work by Alabama, Myrtus, SnappedShot, Allah , Ace, and others are really moving this along.  Read what Myrtus and Alabama are covering regarding the flow of Iranian and North Korean money. And more links from there that are too long to list.  Significant stuff.  This could get bigger before it goes away.

UPDATE

Thanks to fellow reader Howard from Colorado, we now have a $100 bill signed by Secry Summers. That had been a hard one to track down.  I never even knew for sure that Summers had signed any. So Howard volunteered to scan the bill and send a picture. Too cool.

Now remember Allah had that Summers was Secretary from 1999-2001. (And he did have a sig pix.)  Now compare this to Rubin. They both are similar as to the how close the signature comes to the numeral 1oo. But Summers looks a little longer overall.  I'm not sure it adds much - it's hard to compare to the wire photos. But I still know it's not O'Neill on the Hez $$.  Snow signed a $100 bill, but it may have been after the color-redesign.

Now one more thing. It's been brought up about the seals.

hezbollahseal2.gifOn the Hezbollah money, the green seal is almost tangent to the second "0" in the numeral "100". In both the Rubin and the Summers bill, it is not. (Shown Below)

Now the O'Neill seal looks like the Hezbollah money (here.)

Confused?

The Cash-bollah money scandal rolls on, with these latest entries, sent in from Aita al-Shaab from AP photographer Sergay Ponomarev. These bills look more "lived in" than the bills in the previous stories. Has Hezbullah learned from their past mistakes?

The one thing I ran across putting my supernote article together (http://ajacksonian.blogspot.com/2006/07/web-of-supernote.html) was that the NoKo supernotes are much finer detail than those of the US banknote. In particular the clocktower in the background on the US note is somewhat blurry, while the NoKo is clean and crisp so that you can even read the clock face clearly. That and the magenta to black changing ink instead of green to black are the two major telltale signs that I could find outside of the Treasury Dept.... which isn't saying much on the forensics end for natural reasons.

Mr. Kim also is reported to be circulating bank notes of other Western and Asian nations around, but haven't looked into that... his ties to the illegal and just illegally made drugs is fascinating in and of itself. Everything coming out of the Magic Kingdom is of much higher quality than the item it is counterfeiting. Drugs, money... labor intensive, but he has labor to expend.
